Job Description

- Scheduling Installers & arranging install dates

- Scheduling all deliveries

- Accepting deliveries from external suppliers

- Preparing goods for delivery - including packing & palletising

- Responsible for onsite storage facilities - stock management & stock control

- Liaison with installers to correct issues on site

- Liaising with customers to provide solutions on site

- Ordering parts for installations

- Recruitment of installers

- Liaising with sales team for install dates & install costs

- Use of internal CRM system to manage installs & orders

- Liaising with installers regards any ongoing issues & provide training where required

- Responsible for all company Health & Safety - RAMS for installs and office/stores H & S

- Responsible for upkeep of ISO 9001

- Technical expertise on all products supplied & installed

- Ability to install products where required & execute surveys/repairs


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience of managing installations - Technically astute - A full UK driving license - Physically fit - Heavy lifting - Commercially aware - Preferably hold a CSCS card or willingness to obtain
