You'll use your marketing and technical skills to identify new market opportunities and then use your communication and project management skills to manage the programme through. You'll be involved in market trend analysis and creating business cases for new products or updating existing ones. You'll work to develop approved projects with the R & D team and work closely with all the internal stakeholders to plan and execute a go-to-market campaign and see this through all milestones including post-launch aftercare.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You'll be a Product Manager with a passion for technical products with real world uses. You'll have experience in marketing and in analysing trends in the market to plan for successful product developments in your field. This role is specifically in the construction industry so experience in working in that sector - roofing, plasterboard, windows and doors, other construction materials etc would be really beneficial but in reality it's a technical mindset and attention to detail that is really required, you can learn from the R&D team and the business as a whole if you have the right aptitude.
