Job Description
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Running reports
- Engaging with Service Users
- Overseeing a team of 15 staff, including inductions, supervisions and appraisals
- Encouraging independence, to help the service users get ready to leave the service
- Engage with local authorities with regards to social housing and funding
