Job Description

This role is ideal for an experienced grower looking to further their career. This hands-on role will focus on 16 acres of indoor and outdoor production, working to produce the highest quality plants. You will supervise, mentor, and develop a team focusing on efficiency, professionalism and creating a positive working environment. You will be responsible for liaising with other departments, look at ways to improve efficiency and support the business with audits.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have experience within a commercial horticulture environment, and experience of growing under glass. You will be confident communicating across the business and enjoy developing the team around you. The ideal candidate would have PA1 and PA6 and be confident in biocontrol methods.
