You will be reporting and working directly with the MD along with supporting other directors and senior leadership team. Your main duties will revolve around making sure the office continues to run smoothly, be great at scheduling or organising diaries and meetings, bookkeeping duties would include handling of invoices, payments, chasing, maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and their finance departments. It would a bonus to have Xero finance software experience, knowledge of VAT, PAYE and HR would be also very desirable.
Some examples of the types of projects you'll assist the executive team with are:
· Invoice all sales managed customers & ensure they pay invoices in a timely manner
· Keep Xero finance package maintained and up to date
· Produce Cashflow statements and budgets when required, monthly overview and quarterly review.
· Make sure team events are well organised and engaging, along with making the work environment safe and fun to work in.
· Optimize hiring, onboarding and team activities for management
· Support the MD with meetings and admin tasks
