Job Description

You will work with clients from every walk of life whether that be Central Government, Banking, Online Financial or Automotive, to fulfil their needs whatever they may be. You will have great communication skills, in order to put forward proposals to your clients. You will enjoy the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skill set on the job by keeping up to date with new technology that comes out on a regular basis.

Technical Solutions Manager | Technical Account Manager responsibilities include:

·Responding to inbound enquiries and working with clients on both a technical and commercial level.
·Arranging Technical scoping calls and meetings.
·Understand the clients needs and requirements and provide solutions.
·Compiling proposals to present to clients, taking the time to discuss any points and take them through the process.
·Manage existing client accounts and relationships.
·Client lifecycle management and repeat business opportunity planning.
·Services include, but not limited to: External penetration tests, web penetration tests, cloud application reviews, configuration reviews and firewall reviews.
·Attending client review meetings.
·Supporting the end-to-end engagement process, and close liaison with the Project Management Office.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have great time management skills in order to succeed in this role. For the right candidate this will be a challenging but fulfilling role. You will be joining a newly formed Pre Sales team that is growing and the possibilities are endless.
