Reconciling accounts, completing VAT returns and managing the Company’s Bank account.
Producing monthly cash flows, completing weekly payment runs and producing quarterly management accounts for presentation and discussion with the Managing Director.
Processing sales paperwork including invoices and producing supplier purchase orders and handling supplier invoices.
Various administrative duties, including some office management, and logistical work.
Producing and processing import and export documentation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2 years’ experience as a bookkeeper and an in depth knowledge of Xero, including the ability to enter manual journals and process reports. Superb numeracy skills. Used to dealing with highly confidential information. Knowledge of import and export processes A pro active attitude toward work Experienced in Microsoft Packages
