Within this role, you will be leading and managing the Divisional New Car Renewals Team and maximising opportunities for the Advisors to do business by ensuring they prospect renewal opportunities following a prescribed process and follow up on all customers. You must maintain accurate records of all transactions and complete all relevant paperwork in accordance with legal requirements, participate in sales campaigns and promotions that will boost sales penetration and ensure data quality and FSA compliance at all times. This is a full-time role where you will be working Monday to Friday; no weekend working involved!
