Job Purposes
Responsibility for ensuring CCP services meet all staffing, contractual, legal and quality audit requirements in order to ensure the highest quality of support.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
To deliver this service you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, addressing the performance of the service against key targets and objectives
- Provide line management responsibility for staff (including volunteers and students) undertaking supervision, observations, appraisals, file reviews and other quality measures to maintain high levels of staff performance
- Support the overall strategy of the Service, maximising opportunities and minimising risks.
- Oversee the staff rota and identify and resolving cover issues.
- Lead on the recruitment, selection, induction and supervision of staff as required
- Ensure that high quality practical and emotional support is provided to individuals accessing our services
- Oversee and quality assure the co-production and implementation of action plans, in line with the wishes of the individual and the requirements of the contract.
