Job Description

The Role:

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
Location: Stratford E15 4PH

Salary: £22,700 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience

The Team Administrator works within our development strategic services division supporting the construction services and Innovation team. This team assist the business to identify, develop and implement new design and construction systems to expand our housing delivery operations and product offering.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of high quality; relationship focused administrative support services. They will act as the first point of contact for internal and external colleagues, and other stakeholders. They will Support the management of data by; updating systems, communicating and coordinating changes to team members, and archiving documents in a systematic and logical manner.

Specific responsibilities will include: consultant contract document administration, diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes, organising training and distributing post and enquiries, providing efficient administrative support to the Production Strategy team.

It is essential that you demonstrate that you meet the following criteria in your supporting statement:

  • The ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills and prioritise a wide variety of tasks to meet deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Experience of working effectively in a team environment, and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach to your work whilst upholding a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Proactive and confident nature and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience of setting agendas, taking notes and formatting minutes

- Strong administrative experience in a fast paced environment

  • The ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good communication skills across various disciplines; phone, email, letter etc
  • Experience of dealing with stakeholders at different levels including Directors
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Experience of using MS Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
