Posting of payments and allocation on customer accounts.
Responsible for opening new customer accounts, performing credit checks and setting credit limits.
Ensure all supplier invoices for trade are accurately coded and processed in accordance with financial deadlines.
All payments are processed in accordance with the defined payments schedule with urgent and unscheduled payments being minimised.
Setting up payments on the various subsidiary bank accounts for approval.
Payments allocation and reconciliation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in similar role Experience of QuickBooks and Sage 50 PQE or AAT Qualified You will be a confident communicator with good written skills Strong Excel skills
