This will involve liaising with a variety of stakeholders, providing guidance in working group forums and providing commercially astute guidance to our business partners. This role will also have the opportunity to get involved in appraisal assumption changes, future programme support and scheme evaluation.
What you need to do
Lead Finance liaison with Property and Retail to support in new property opportunities (new space and existing space)
Deliver store investment assumptions, evaluations, scenario analysis & sensitivity testing whilst controlling the integrity of investment calculations with guidance from the Investment Appraisal Manager
Oversee progress of agreed action plans and help drive these through to completion
Take ownership of investment appraisal models and assumptions therein with guidance from the Investment Appraisal Manager
Support business partners to navigate financial governance required for their investment requests
Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders
Share relevant tools and lessons learnt with Finance & Non-Finance stakeholders
