Job Description

Working in a team of 7 Credit Controllers and as part of a large finance function you will:
- Work on high profile accounts worth millions which represent the top 10 key accounts in the business with multiple transactions on each.
- Reconcile customer accounts and allocate payments.
- Perform regular credit limit reviews on customers and review the credit risk.
- Liaise with customers via email, telephone and letter to ensure the prompt payment of invoices.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and internal / external stakeholders.
- Visit customers in order to facilitate efficient cash collection.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Experience working in a credit control, collections or debt recovery or role. - GCSE standard 4 or above in Mathematics and English. - Good Microsoft Office skills - Key account relationship building experience is advantageous but not essential.
