The role is working in a team of Credit controllers and this particular post holds responsibility for some of the most important/high profile accounts within the business.
Duties:
Chasing accounts via phone and email
Sending out monthly statements
Logging and dealing with queries
Reconciling accounts
Reviewing credit limits
Putting accounts on stop
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a minimum of 12 months credit control experience Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful collections Have intermediate MS Office skills including Word and Excel Be confident and have strong communication skills
