A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Deputy Manager to join a company who have a well-established Children`s service in the Forest of Dean.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the needs of young people in care are met and to provide a positive and safe living experience for the service users.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This role would involve working in conjunction with the Home Manager to ensure that the Home runs efficiently and effectively to a high standard and young people are safeguarded at all times.
