St Mark’s Catholic School is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Administrative Officer to undertake a diverse role within the Admin Department. The successful candidate will work in the School Office and perform a range of administrative duties to support the School.

The successful candidate will be a strong flexible team player and confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc – a knowledge of SIMs would be an advantage), with a positive attitude to working with both students and staff. Being highly organised with effective time management skills is essential in managing this diverse workload, as is attention to detail.

The role will include responsibility for Admissions, updating student data, responsibility for the school calendar and diary, liaising with parents and staff and general office duties.

Previous experience in a school is not necessary but the suitable candidate must have excellent organisational skills, good IT knowledge and a willingness to learn. Full training will be given.
