You will deliver high level administrative support to our Quality Management System and provide general administrative support across the broader directorate, as required.
Have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s (Grades A-C / 4-9) or equivalent, one of which must be English Language
Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Basic – Intermediate level
Have the ability to prioritise work
Be able to deal confidently with telephone enquiries from a range of Stakeholders
Be confident when liaising with both Internal and External colleagues
Enjoy working as part of a team with shared objectives
Have a positive outlook to learning & development
Open to all external applicants (anyone) from outside the Civil Service (including by definition internal applicants).
