• Full management accounts production
• Business partnering with non-finance heads to analyze variances to budgets and forecasts, sales and KPIs
• Owning the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop strategic plans with colleagues to maximize profitability
• Analysis of P&L accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciliation of CAPEX
• Weekly cash forecasting
• Reconciliation of Sales and Cost of Sales ledger
• Board reporting

Job Duties:

• Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews
• Profit-and-loss statements
• Expense reports
• Cost reduction proposals
• Budgets and forecasting activities
• Presenting budgets and reports to upper management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Who they’re looking for: Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) Management Accountant. Experience gained in a commercial setting (manufacturing is an advantage but not essential). Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. The ability to translate finance to non-finance people. Experience of presenting to the Board.
