Job Description

This is an opportunity for a Management Accountant who is looking to strike a balance between management accounts and business partnering, reporting into the Financial Controller you will be responsible for all KPI reporting for this £60m operation. You will be encouraged to be in the factory investigating variances, building and develop relations with the production teams and ultimately improving profits.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be reporting:

• Producing weekly and monthly management pack for review with the Financial Controller
• Budgeting / Forecasting
• Investigating manufacturing variances to standard costs
• Reporting on stock and stock movements
• Business partnering your operational colleagues

This could be a great move if you have experience costing from a manufacturing setting and you are keen to progress and be involved in the decision making, this opportunity will give you the ownership of the numbers for a whole business unit, offering great exposure to all senior stakeholders.
