You will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for your share of the ledger, while also assisting the finance team when required.
Specific duties will include:
Timely and effective collection of all debts - business to business.
Allocating customer payments.
Checking customer’s credit ratings with banks.
Negotiating re-payment plans.
Resolving credit control queries.
Posting and allocating daily receipts.
Maintaining and building strong client relationships.
Financial reporting on Excel.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have a good understanding of credit control processes, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be IT literate. Ideally you will be skilled in Excel, including VlookUps and/or pivot tables.
