Job Description

• Provide gross margin analysis for both manufacturing divisions (Transformers & Switchgear).
• Improve and streamline current processes and complete deep dive investigations into the costing process whilst focusing on the integrity of data.
• Be the primary Finance support for the CRM system implementation.
• Convert sales information into meaningful order book data for group submissions.
• Provide order book analysis, order intake analysis and drive a system approach within the Commercial and Sales team.
• Provide finance input into business cases for new products.
• Complete market analysis data work as requested by Finance Director.
• Create and maintain databases of market information.
• Work alongside the Finance and commercial functions to help develop better systems.
• Complete ad hoc reporting and data work as requested by Finance Director.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have 5 years+ experience working as an Analyst or Management Accountant. You must also be CIMA or ACCA qualified or newly qualified with high level of commercial awareness. To succeed in this role, you will have a strong experience of financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, systems improvement and delivering process improvements.
