Finance
· Manage customer invoices and invoices and send to clients.
· Manage Vendor Invoice and Statements
· Perform credit checks on new clients and partners.
· Credit Control. Monitor all customers to ensure payment terms and chase down where applicable when payments are late.
· Age creditors
· Support the Finance Director with yearend Financials and audits.
· Support VAT returns with the Finance Director.
· Match invoices to purchase orders.
· Calculate and enter expenditures.
· Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
· Practice effective customer relationship techniques.
· Provide monthly finance reports to the commercial director.
· Work closely with both the Non-Executive Director and Commercial Directive to maintain the finance dept.
· Liaise and work closely with the finance team in India.
General Business activities
· Provides support for customer services and order process
· Provides administration support where needed.
· NAV support.

Key Measures of Performance
Finance
· All finance areas are maintained to the desired levels and records are kept up to date
· Customer and supplier invoices are sent out in a timely manner
· Age debt is managed within the agreed levels.
· Positive feedback from Non-Exec director and PL India finance team
