Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Qualified Accountant to join a busy and professional accountancy practice as a Manager to lead an existing team, based in North West London. You will be managing a portfolio of corporate clients, working from the office. You will be providing clients with an efficient and effective service through the control and efficient use of the department resources.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Accounting and statutory accounts work
• Some tax work, VAT returns and year end
• Ad hoc projects
• Monitoring of workloads and using resources efficiently
• Liaison with junior staff to ensure work is completed effectively

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA or ACCA Recent or current post-qualified experience working within an accountancy practice Proven technical accounting experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills, ideally with knowledge of IRIS and Sage
