Job Description

As a Credit Controller you will assist in the efficient collection, control and administration of monies owed to the Company within the guidelines determined by the agreed credit terms while dealing with returned payments as appropriate and within guide lines of credit policy.. You would be expected to Understand Credit Insurance Policies and work within Certas Credit Policy & relevant Credit Insurance Company.

Process and monitor returned payments and report all bounced payments to the credit insurers within the policy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

It is preferred, though not essential that you have previous Credit Control experience. It is also desirable for you to have strong Microsoft office Skills.You should have an in depth experience of customer services skills as you would be expected to monitor customer complaints securing resolutions with the relevant department, Handle all customer financial details in a confidential manner, as specified in the agreed finance processes.
