Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Team player and target driven. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written). 5 GCSE’s (A* to C). Credit control experience in a high incoming telephone call environment. Self-motivated. Portfolio Management c2000 customer accounts. Knowledge of Domestic Debt Collection and management.
