Job Description

We are working with a well known business based in central Bristol looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them for a period of 6 months with the chance of being made permanent

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to handle high volumes of both inbound and outbound calls Chasing and collecting payments via telephone, letter and email Dealing with/solving queries on invoices Maintenance of credit control records ensuring contact records are accurate and up to date at all times Ability to build relationships at all levels, communicates effectively, build trust and influence stakeholders Previous experience in a previous Credit Control/ Collections role Excellent communication skills
