Job Description
To provide support within the busy Compliance department in the management, evaluation and oversight of EASA TCO requirements as well as that of general AOC, Flight Operations & IOSA practices. The monitoring, dissemination, verification and analysis of all applicable regulations & data through general day-to-day activities and auditing ensuring continued compliance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hold Recognized qualifications within a Flight Operations environment. Have Knowledge of EASA TCO, CAA Part OPS Regulations, as well as Company Requirements & Procedures. Knowledge of IOSA and airline AOC requirements. Qualified with recent experience in auditing techniques within an airline or Airline Ops environment, training will be provided if necessary. Knowledge & experience of computerized auditing software, report writing & be PC literate in general. Hold a valid globally accepted Passport & be free to travel worldwide at short notice. A hands-on individual with a flair for working in a dynamic and responsible position. Flexible and confident with a positive approach to change and innovation. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Available & flexible to undertake varied amounts of duties both in and out of office and willing to act as mentor when necessary. Be Proactive in the self-management of time when onsite & out of office to fulfil expected timeframes & deadlines.
