Job Description

You will be ensuring high levels of standards on food safety, hygiene, quality, employee safety, efficiencies and the necessary administration and reports.

Benefits of Quality Auditor:

  • FTC up to October 2021
  • Rotating shift of 6am – 2pm, and 2pm to 10pm (mon to fri)

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Product quality and safety to maintain quality systems
  • Investigate customer complaints
  • Ensuring microbiological, chemical and organoleptic checks are reported and monitored
  • Maintenance and review of all documentation relating to quality systems
  • Oversee internal auditing system to ensure schedule is followed and corrective actions are carried out
  • Investigate into and report on site technical, quality, and hygiene issues
  • Carry out daily technical checks as part of the quality system
  • To oversee customer trials
  • Morning taste panels

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally experienced within Quality Auditing in a manufacturing environment Happy to work shifts Accurate keyboard skills in word processing & spreadsheets Handling customer complaints in a professional manner Good interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail
