Job Description
  • Ensure all products are sent to testing labs to be tested to customer requirements.
  • Loading test reports onto customer websites.
  • Submit Sealing samples to customers and manage amendments
  • First point of contact for quality issues
  • Update customer databases for testing and seal samples
  • Organize Factory Audits with Customer Auditors
  • Issue packaging info. to factories for each order
  • Manage ethical and technical audit compliances as required
  • Liaise daily for approvals against critical path requirements
  • Advise on aql failures / product issues
  • Customer support on issues , product suitability , customer complaints , technical information ,and operational procedures
  • Training & educating to increase the knowledge & understanding of the team.
  • Ensure that the garments are being produced to the required quality standard.
  • Promoting quality and performance improvement.
  • Liaise directly with the buyers, merchandisers & directors to relay any technical &/or quality issues and discuss resolutions.
  • Manage communication between internal teams, QC team members and suppliers.
  • Control all testing requirements and ensure they are implemented to meet delivery.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 4/5 year’s relevant experience. Must have worked with Hosiery or a similar product. Must have worked in a similar role. Knowledge of all garment testing requirements/ procedures to conform to REACH standards. Highly competent IT skills, including excel. Confident communication skills, the ability to work to critical path deadlines. Ability to manage own workload and as a team player. Salary dependent on experience.
