Job Description

You will be expected to understand the student enquiry, enrolment and registration process so that they can succeessfully manage all student enquiries, liaison with external partners (in charge of funding approval) and internal partners (in charge of reviewing applications). The role allows for a certain level of autonomy while being very team-focussed. The team are approchable and happy to train the successful candidate who is then expected to suggest improvements and provide feedback as they progress in the role. This role is an excellent way to gain understanding of and exposure to the workings of a university.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful person for this role will have proven abilities to work in a customer-focussed environment with excellent communication skills to speak with both internal and external partners. They will be competent in the use of Excel as a means of gathering, checking and manipulating large armounts of data. Further they will be able to demonstrate excellent skills within team work, being flexible, approachable and both accepting and offering feedback. Please see job description for further details.
