Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have or be capable of obtaining a relevant qualification, e.g. the Institute of Leadership and Management 3 (ILM3) or equivalent. Previous experience of supervision would be beneficial. A forklift truck licence is essential and the ability to drive Pivot Steer trucks would be advantageous. IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, an understanding of WMS systems, ideally NAV is also required.
