Job Description
- Ensure Airbus stock control is kept accurate, maintained effectively and properly stored.
- Create Assembly and Kit Works Order Cards, including all relevant documents.
- Ensure accurate data is available from completed Works Order Cards.
- Ensure stock levels of purchased parts are maintained at sufficient levels.
- To pick and complete all relevant Kit and paperwork weekly ready for despatch.

[E] PICK KIT to build sheet - ZERO ERRORS
[F] Ensure CLASS 1 accuracy
- Monitor, on a daily basis, the stock levels of all purchased parts in the Airbus Stores and advise the Technical Buyer of any current or forthcoming shortfalls.
- As per Customer schedules, create relevant Assembly and/or Kit Works Order cards.
- Pick and verify all parts relevant to Works Order cards, noting all relevant information (such as batch no or serial numbers) on the supporting Build sheets.
- Supply stock for Customer spot orders.
- Verification of accurate data collection and closing of Works Order Card.
- Pass completed Works Order Cards to the Systems Administration Manager.
