Job Description

- Process sales orders

- Process requests for return of goods for return/repair

- Ensure that all files are kept updated and orders are fulfilled in line with current work instructions

- Dealing with invoices

- Complete shipping documentation and ensure correct and ready for despatch

- Ensure customers are kept updated with relation to the progress of their orders

- Complete any other tasks on the request of the Customer Relationship Manager


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous customer service office experience - Microsoft office skills - Good communicator at team and customer level - Accurate data entry skills - Microsoft Great Plains system knowledge desirable
