We?re building a portfolio of residential properties, with operational buildings across London.
The Fizzy Living portfolio is funded by way of a £400m investment through a commercial subsidiary of Thames Valley Housing Association, with a major overseas investor.
This role
You?ll be supporting the team during the whole lettings process; from handling enquiries to administering tenant applications. You will support the Lettings Executive as required to meet occupancy and rent targets.
The role is based in a dynamic environment and we don?t want to be too set in stone about what you have to do, but the key areas of responsibility are:
Lettings Management
Support the Lettings Team with the enquiry to reservation process, with assistance from theLettings Executive
Handle phone, email and live chat enquiries, and arrange viewings for all schemes
Prepare booking links and tenancy documentation based of Fizzy?s Standard Operating Procedures
Update and maintain CRM database of leads
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge and Experience
Essential Skills:
Previous experience in hospitality, retail or property
Proficient in Words and Excel
Educated to degree level (desirable)
Desirable Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ? a real people person with excellent phone manner
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software
Minimum 1 year experience with PEX, or equivalent software (desirable)
