Job Description

Duties:

• Dealing with incoming support calls, using remote tools to resolve issues for end users
• Assist the IT manager with the day to day running of the dept
• Observing health and safety procedures
• In the office and travelling to other sites when required
• Document all work undertaken and how you resolved the issues
• Attending meetings and offering suggestions for improvement
• Building professional relationships with colleagues and management
• Escalating issues as and when required
• To update and maintain our Web shop- working alongside the Web Designer and Web Developer
