Job Description
  • Own the online marketing calendar and work with the agency on planning, implementation optimization and reporting.
  • Report on market and digital performance insights, allowing the company to be proactive in our digital marketing approach.
  • Liaise with the agency to brief in, test and sign off email marketing activity alongside coordinating distribution and targeting segments.
  • Help create and execute the company marketing strategy.
  • Ensure the full integration of all digital marketing assets.
  • To be responsible for all web-based activities and websites.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a degree in marketing, business, or related field. Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent. Excellent Excel skills. Experience using content management systems, Ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. A basic understanding of SEO is a plus, basic HTML is also advantageous. Experience managing digital agencies, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner and that KPI’s are met. Highly organised and able to use spreadsheets to manage calendars and report on performance. Able to draw customer insights from Google Analytics, Google Ads and eCRM, and use these insights to test and learn cross-channel. Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with third parties via phone or email. Experience working on digital marketing campaigns cross channel, including PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Display, Paid Social and eCRM marketing.
