Job Description

You will support the Total Platform Management team to help identify and develop new initiatives that champion the brand attracting new customers and improving the overall customer experience for our brand partner
Good communication in this role is essential as you will be working closely with various internal teams such as UX, marketing, customer services and finance as well as external suppliers.
Role Responsibilities

  • Continually review information on sales, bestsellers & key online metrics to find opportunities to best trade
  • Educate yourself to know and understand the customer, across all sales channels, in the UK and internationally.
  • Collaboration with colleagues and teams to test and learn what the customer wants. Ensure your recommendations have the customer’s needs and wants at the forefront to deliver an increase in sales in the UK and internationally.
  • Translates ideas into practical solutions that improve performance.
  • Communicate across all levels of the business. Is good at influencing stakeholders to win support for positive change and new ideas that support growth.
  • Build a close understanding of the trading calendars & customer shopping behaviors in all markets and sales channels
  • Share business knowledge quickly and develop a good understanding of business priorities.
  • Identify improvements and developments of internal and external processes with a constant view of improving service and profitability.
  • Identify and champion additional online functionality and features that will grow sales in all markets
  • Support and sometimes own the execution of key strategic opportunities; liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to get the job done.
  • Attend all relevant internal meetings and account reviews with the brand partner
  • Participates in productive meetings that focus on the task in hand.
  • Accurate administration of key business documents required both internally and externally.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Displays a clear sense of vision, direction and belief. Perseverance and a desire to succeed. Keen interest in fashion, online and awareness of the latest trends. Is good at influencing to win support for positive change and new ideas. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to a range of audiences. Experience of working within an online trading department is desired but not essential. Comfortable with international travel from time to time. A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change. Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach. Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude, who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Is able to accurately identify own development needs and is open to learning. Confident in managing and developing a team to deliver consistent results.
