Job Description

The hours of work will be 9am – 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday (16 hours per week). The main goal of the Advisor roles is to respond to all inbound calls in a dedicated, efficient and professional manner.

This role is for a fixed term contract up to 12 months.

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

  • You will work both Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 5:30pm (16 hours)
  • Be the first point of contact for Chubb customer calls, responding to all calls in a dedicated, professional and effective manner
  • Ensure that all out of hours service calls are completed within agreed response times
  • Take ownership of the customer in all aspects (i.e. responding to the customer call, recording customer requests, dispatch of call to engineer through to call closure)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate a high level of customer care and previous customer service exposure. Able to develop effective professional business relationships, through excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in call handling in a reactive service industry with strong IT skills. Be a passionate team-player and be able to work under pressure to deliver against business objectives. Be able to commit to a rotating shift pattern.
