Job Description
We have an opening for a Customer Care ‘Call Centre’ Advisor on a part-time basis for the weekend shift. Hours are 4pm – 10pm. You must be available for both Saturday and Sunday. This is for a fixed term contract up to August 2020.

What will I do?
Act as the primary interface between our internal and external customers, supporting a dedicated business unit
First point of contact for our customer, ensuring all customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently and that our Otis Business Systems are updated with specific and accurate information
Typical support requests would be to assign/dispatch emergency breakdown calls or arrange maintenance or repair visits by our team of skilled and qualified Engineers
Work closely with the wider Customer Care team who would be responsible for ordering parts, providing quotes or ensuring that service delivery commitments to our National Accounts are being met
This is a part-time role, working 15 hours per week. This means you’ll work 2 x 7.5-hour rotational shifts, between 4pm and 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate a high level of customer care and previous customer service exposure. Able to develop effective professional business relationships, through excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in call handling in a reactive service industry with strong IT skills. Be a passionate team-player and be able to work under pressure to deliver against business objectives.
