Understanding of remortgage process, the difference in property tenures is preferred but not essential.

Duties include:

Process all incoming post, emails, faxes and telephone calls to ensure that cases are passed to relevant departments so they can be completed as quickly as possible

Communicate effectively with other teams and departments

Update IT and email systems

Process volume incoming work quickly and accurately 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You have excellent customer service experience. Understanding of remortgage process, the difference in property tenures is preferred but not essential.
