Job Description

We are looking for somebody with excellent customer service skills to support our clients and customers throughout our employment screening journey. You will be responsible for conducting a number of the component parts of the employment screening and this could include contacting clients, candidates and referees by telephone and email to gain required information and by making accurate decisions with the assistance of problem solving in order for the correct decisioning to be made.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for somebody that is always wanting to improve themselves and the processes they are involved in, is a team player and will support and share best practice with colleagues across all teams.
