The role will play a significant part in the development and defining of our strategy for growth and how we successfully manage Independent Group customers. The aim is to provide a great experience for the customer whilst freeing up time for the field sales team to focus on a smaller portfolio of large commercial accounts. Helping the on boarding journey and making sure queries are dealt with swiftly, the person in this role will make a big difference for our valued customers and Field teams to deliver against our organizational objectives. The role will also support tactical campaign activity where we will choose to engage with customers.
