Job Description

The role is located at Castle Donington and is offered on a full-time basis, Mon to Fri working either 8am to 6pm or 7am to 5pm. This is a great role for an ambitious individual to join this progressive business which has experienced year on year growth, and with further expansion plans there are genuine opportunities for career advancement. You will enjoy the buzz of a busy transport environment and be fully involved in a variety of duties to include the preparation of loading lists, the booking in and out of containers, liaison with a wide variety of drivers (of different nationalities), the inputting of data as well as a variety of ad hoc office duties in a busy transport environment.

As you will engage with a variety of people across the business, it is essential that you are professional, flexible, can use your initiative and show a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will also need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to react, with a sense of urgency and professionalism, to a variety of requests. It is important you act with confidence and a can-do attitude.
