35 hours per week, term time including INSET (44.26 weeks) plus 5 days

OUTL5, points 12-15 = £20,664 - £21,781 (actual salary)

Newbridge School is a three-time outstanding, mixed, forward thinking, highly specialised day school for children and young people who have severe and profound learning difficulties with a range of special educational needs including: Physical disabilities/ Sensory impairments/Autistic spectrum disorders/ associated behaviour/Complex medical needs. We are proud to offer this exciting new opportunity for confident, well presented, highly motivated and organised professionals to join our busy Administration Teams, at each of our sites:

Newbridge - Lower School - Caters for children between the ages of 2 and 11 which includes our Early Years Foundation Stage provision.

Newbridge - Upper School - Caters for young people aged 11 to 19.

The role includes running a busy office and front-line services, working with administration including overseeing the school’s Annual Review Process, MIS (Integris G2) and day to day financial processing for the school.

You will:

  • work closely with the Office Manager in developing the support team and functions to deliver a positive and safe experience for all the school’s stakeholders and visitors.
  • be required to provide direct support to the senior leadership team and therefore you should be a highly organised professional with excellent time management skills.
  • uphold and contribute to the overall aims, objectives and values of the school and have a real passion for working in the education sector.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
