Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering a consistent level of service to Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC's) Off Trade Customers. You will lead the execution of the Logistics Customer Relationship Strategy to deliver service in line with MCBC's First Choice for Customers and Consumers strategy.

  • Responsible for all off trade customer service and order capture. Ensuring all customer distribution routes to market are efficiently planned to minimize cost to MCBC whilst still meeting customer needs
  • Timely resolution of invoice queries raised to minimize MCBC's debt at risk.
  • Build external and internal customer relationships; take accountability for the weekly preparation and reporting of all service scores. Take the service lead in all mutil function selling team meetings and monthly customer 30/60/90 meetings
  • Liaise with demand control and demand analysts in relation to abnormal demand requests
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Flexibility to work from the office and home. 1 in 5/6 weekends included must be flexible to cover holiday. You will have exposure to different functions within the business Commercial, Credit Control. Building strong relationships across the business with internal customers as well as external, due to the daily interactions you will have. Potential to develop in many different directions within the business, utilizing the cross-function relationships. Potential to be involved in project work.
