Job Description

As an Internal Sales Coordinator you will work closely with various internal teams including our Service Centre’s in NL and India as well as our Strategic Project manager’s and external suppliers. You will be in charge of order management and the flow of tasks through the systems and internal teams, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and that the master data we have internally is correct to make sure orders are received and processed automatically.

In this role you will be joining at a stage where all our sites across Europe are connected and our ways of working have been implemented and harmonized, meaning this is more of an Internal account management position rather than purely administrative. So, when you are not focusing on ensuring that all orders and payments are running smoothly, you will be spending the rest of your time on project and Sourcing support. You will support the Strategic Project Manager in reaching the planned targets and TCO for the customer and identifying opportunities to improve service, administration or quotes and using common processes. This will also be a great opportunity to work with other streams on process improvements and contribute to the overall goal of cost savings.

This role would be great for you if you already have customer service/internal account management experience within an order management environment. It is an opportunity to gain experience within strategic project management alongside a global family and within a global matrix organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To qualify for the role, you must have: Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Prior customer service/internal account management experience and a passion for relationship building. Experience within an Order Management environment. Understanding of financial processes both AR and AP. A medium level competency in MS Office. Prior experience with SAP.
