Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of at least 6 – 12 months within a contact Centre environment (ideally inbound). People that are passionate about delivering the best customer service. People that enjoy problem solving and resolving things for others. Experience within either a customer service or complaints handling area. A confident and positive manner over the phone. A positive mindset. Someone that is wanting to develop and build a career. It is essential that you have the following: Experience working with Microsoft office – Word, excel, outlook and power point. Strong English language – written, spoken and reading skills. Something to add to a team and the ability to work well as part of one.
