In this role, you will be the first line of support, handling a variety of queries and questions through to a satisfactory resolution.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Provide a timely and efficient response to incoming communication both by telephone and email, demonstrating professionalism and confidence in your resolution
Utilize all available VWR business tools and customer service processes to support you in exceeding customer expectations
Deal with general queries, quotation management, order placement and open order management from order through to delivery
Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders as necessary, building and maintaining strong relationships
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in an inbound customer service environment where you have handled a variety of queries via telephone and email would be advantageous. Technical troubleshooting capabilities and demonstrable experience handling a variety of high tasks. Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines for completion of work under high pressure. Good English and IT skills are essential so that you can respond to customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
