You will offer full support to the Field Representatives within an allocated region delivering exceptional customer service.
As the Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the following;
Understand the requirements of your Sales Manager and Customers through building relationships and exceeding expectations
Place orders and ensure the customer is kept up to date with the progression of their order
Work closely alongside the Sales Manager and other internal departments to ensure there is continuity in service across all teams
Manage and priorities own workload.
Hours: 8.45 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday

The successful candidate will be ambitious and forward thinking - ready to join a growing business! To be successful for the role you must come from a strong customer service background, be self-motivated to achieve and a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
