They are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join their small and friendly team. You will support their Recruitment Consultants with day to day administration, as well as compliance duties. A strong administration background is essential as well as experience in recruitment compliance.
General administration, asnwering phone and directing to relevant consultant
Assisting with uploading CVs and database management
Assist with interview arrangements and diary management
Assist with day-to-day aspects of compliance for candidates and deling with queries
Requesting documentation for right to work etc.
Apply for DBS checks for applicants providing they have the correct documentation and qualifications
Applying for references and be familiar with referencing scenarios
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• MS office skills are essential • Excellent communication skills. • Administration experience (compliance or recruitment)
